A passionate cook, Kikuo takes pride in using the freshest local produce and changing his menus daily to suit the seasons and to cater for individual’s dietary requirements.  

Dining on the seasonal foods of the region is a focus of the cuisine at slow food mind.

As we are based on organic principles with companion planting in our gardens we are spray free.


We also source the highest quality meat and produce from our suppliers.
Specialities include local hunted venison, beef and pork dishes .

Our western style breakfast is also unique in that we provide
a different menu each day so that no two breakfasts will be the same during your stay.
